Short Description:

Forging is the first process of petroleum coke heat treatment. In general, the high temperature heat treatment temperature is about 1,300℃. It aims to remove impurities such as water, volatiles, sulfur and hydrogen in petroleum coke, and to realize the changing structure and physicochemical properties of various carbon materials. This method can reduce the hydrogen content of petroleum coke regeneration products and improve the degree of graphitization, thus improving its mechanical strength, density, electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance.
