  • Optimize Feeding Methods: For dust flying during the feeding stage, transform the feeding system to achieve balanced, enclosed material delivery, fundamentally solving leakage and overflow issues.

 Step 2: High-Efficiency Treatment — Keep “Fugitive Dust” From Getting Away

If dust still needs to be treated after source control, the following technologies can be considered. Under specific operating conditions, they may even outperform baghouse dust collectors.

  1. Ceramic Filter Tube Dust Collectors: “Special Forces” for High-Temperature Conditions
  2. Wet Electrostatic Precipitators (WESPs): Specialists for “Stubborn Cases”
  3. Combined Approach: Mesh + Bag Dual-Filter Dust Collectors
